Include a copy of proof of purchase or the completed warranty card for all warranty repairs. Failure to include proof of purchase or warranty card will result in non-warranty repair cost.
Quotes will be sent via email with payment instructions if applicable
We suggest you send your timepiece by insured, trackable means and properly packaged to protect against damages during transit.
If the watch proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use, it will be repaired or replaced free of charge.
